John’s painting “George lV Bridge” received the David Gale First Place Award in the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies 48th Annual Exhibition, 2023.
“Grey Gotham III” was chosen to receive the “Kent Day Coes” award in the 2023 Exhibition of Allied Artists of America.
“Florida #1” earned the Second Place Award in the San Diego Watercolor Society’s 43rd International Exhibition, 2023.
And back to John’s beginnings… “El Series #3, Chicago” was recently given the First Place Award in the Arts North Exhibition.
John’s painting “Chicago Symphony” was honored with the Skyledge First Place Award in the Transparent Watercolor Society of America 47th Annual Exhibition, 2023.
John was recently notified that his painting “High Street Umbrellas” was selected for the Alden Bryan Memorial Medal in the 156th International Exhibition of the American Watercolor Society, 2023.
John gave a live/zoom watercolor demonstration at the Salmagundi Club in NYC for the American Watercolor Society in conjunction with the 2023 Exhibition.
